Is publication of the full text of the publication in the CTU Digital library mandatory and does it affect the RIV score?

Mandatory inclusion in the repository applies only to articles from EU projects (such as H2020 and HE). Otherwise, full text publication is voluntary.
RIV scoring is not affected by full text deposit.
